I defy you to find someone who wouldn’t love this magazine devoted to saving her time. The tips are actually helpful, each issue is jam-packed with organizational ideas, and I’ve never once read an article in here that was trying to tell me ten ways to please my man. How refreshing.
Real Simple Magazine: This is a great last-minute idea, because RealSimple will send an E-Greeting announcing your gift now, and your loved-one will receive the gift later.

Unless you’ve been living under a rock, or you’re a guy or something, you’ve probably heard of the mega-spa, Bliss.
Sink-Side Six Pack: An inexpensive, but a terrific gift to give your Mother the chance to sample a bunch of Bliss products. She can also pop it in her suitcase super-easily because it comes in a really nice little re-sealable PVC case.
Glamour Gloves: These make a great Mother’s day gift because they are novel, pampering, and practical all at once. You just slide them on for 20 minutes, and your hands emerge fully hydrated due to a self-activating gel lining. I wash compulsively, so I can tell you firsthand (no pun intended), these puppies work even on very dry skin.

Here’s a different gift that will make a difference. You can make a donation in honor of your mother, and she will receive a letter in the mail notifying her of your gift. I couldn’t think of a more appropriate gift for Mother’s day–breast cancer affects all women–in this country alone, one in 9 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.
Breast Cancer Research Foundation: With more than 85% of their funds going directly toward research grants and awareness programs, this organization is a smart choice for giving to the fight. Plus, I love their slogan: “a cure in our lifetime.” Now you’re talkin’!

Let me tell you why La Mer is appropriate for Mother’s day: this isn’t just a face cream, it’s the mother of all face creams. If your Mom hasn’t tried this yet, you should get it for her!
The Creme: Not only will it hydrate, heal, soften and firm her skin, but because it’s so awesome, she might forgive you for all of the rotten presents you’ve given her over the years. If she stresses over her “drooping eyelids” &”dark circles”, get her the Eye Balm, which is just as amazing.
