P&G is Listening to You

I am very excited to announce that we’ve opened the doors of our community to allow brands participate and interact with our vocal consumers. Today we launched our first (of many!) branded community for the hair care brand, Herbal Essences, parent company Procter and Gamble.

P&G, always on the forefront of listening to consumers, has decided to tap into Expo’s authentic consumer community to hear your voices, “see” what you have to say, and even help spur more interaction with other fun ways to share your thoughts. Obviously, one of the first things to do was to bring the community of Herbal reviewers together in one area. We’ve done that with our Herbal Essences Expo at expotv.com/herbalessences. We make it easy to find people with the same tastes as you, or the same lifestyle, and hear what they have to say. Herbal’s also helping support the community conversation by hosting other topics of interest to our members, such as sharing beauty tips and advice. You can participate or watch some of these like, using flat irons to curl your hair and styling tips for curly hair.

This is a long term commitment between us, our members, and P&G. As we continue to develop the Herbal Essences Expo, P&G hopes to find out more about you, and what you think. They believe that our community is a hotbed of honest, authentic consumer opinion, and they want to be a part of it. Keep a look out for more new and exciting activity in the Herbal Essences Expo, exclusively for our members.

And, if that’s not enough, we’ve got more exciting Expos launching in the near future, so no better time to sign up as a member and get your cameras out! Consumers have a new voice with Expo!
