Team Intros: Meet Nicole

Hi EXPO’ers, my name is Nicole and I am the new(ish) Community Manager here at EXPO. I started at EXPO at the end of October 2012 (just in time for Hurricane Sandy, which made for an interesting first week) and I’m very excited to finally introduce myself to the community.

Here at EXPO you can count on me to be the one building all of the invitations you create your videos for, answering your questions, helping to make sure others see your videos, and trying to keep a pulse on what everyone in our community is talking about. In addition to everything happening on EXPOtv.com, I also man the social accounts. Oh, and of course I watch a TON of videos.

One thing I’m very excited for in 2013 is finding more ways to connect with the EXPO community. Along with the invitations you receive weekly, this blog will be a great way for me to bring some great content to everyone. I’ve been brainstorming so keep an eye out for some new posts headed your way. I’d also love to hear from you guys! Feel free to leave a comment, question or maybe even the next product you can’t wait to review.

Hometown: Albany, NY

Fun Fact: Last spring I ran my first half-marathon in Central Park! I’m new to the running game and was excited to be able to check that off my life “to-do” list. Next up: the Boilermaker 15k in Utica, NY (the finish line is at a brewery so there’s some motivation!).

First EXPO Video I uploaded: I made my EXPO debut with a Holiday Shopping Haul video on our Facebook page in December.

What I do when I’m NOT in the EXPO office: …pretty much a lot of what I do IN the EXPO office as a Community Manager; Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and blog reading. My friends call me social media obsessed and they might be right. My iPhone is never too far away! I also love shopping, taking pictures, exploring NYC (playing with my cute pup Sandy when I’m home), and trying as many different coffee places as possible.
