About the Blog
As I write this in May 2007, we’re celebrating our third anniversary of being a company. As every good entrepreneurial experience should be, it’s been a wild ride. We had a vision about where advertising and video programming and cable and the interaction between consumers and marketers would go and we set out to tackle it. We were well connected enough to get funding. We weren’t well connected (or well known) enough for the press or anyone else to care. Upon hearing the vision lots of people stared at us blankly.
We definitely haven’t conquered the world yet but I’ll boldly say the vision was pretty much right. So, with a little bit more gray hair as authority and courage in our convictions, our blog is now focused on two themes:
* helping other start-ups think through the issues that vex them and
* our take on the fascinating changes occurring in the world of commerce and media
